Rain water drainage system - Doubts on effectiveness So they have recently dug up our street in Kodambakkam for laying this suspiciously thin pipe for rain water drainage system. I always thought water will corrode these rubber/plastic pipes easily and that’s why we use cement pipes as water pipes. Chennai airport Having flown into all the major airports in India, I think Chennai has one of the worst airports. Long queues at baggage security clearance during arrival, leaking roofs, no connectivity between the terminals, taxi stands out of nowhere (enduring taxi and auto mafia on the way to the aerohub) - the ordeal is endless!
