Non-resident chandigarhi here, i was curious to know the perception of chandigarh police being strict enforcer of laws and regulated. Also, they don't give a damn whether you are MLA or bigshot, them being themselves deals everyone sternly. so the typical attitude of north "tu janta hai mera baap kon hai" supposedly doesn't work here.
