Saying " Bihari people are hardworking " is problematic. I might get a lot of criticism for this post but what I'm saying might not be a fact. It's just an opinion and observation so please correct me if I'm wrong instead of any personal attack. I think saying " Biharis are hardworking " is a hastily generalized, binary, and circumstanical statement. Why? Let me explain. 1. BPSC Paper leak rumour in today's exam BPSC Paper Leak thread Whatever facts, videos, etc are there on social media and news channels, it seems there was no paper leak. What happened is there was some delay in arrival of Question Papers. Centre superintendent must have been an idiot that they distributed Q papers to half the students in a hall while other half were watching them.
