Hi Redditors, I have a keen interest to see the pink flower which is blooming in Bangalore right now but every tree is in whitefield which will take 2 hours to reach from E-city. In context of Bangalore for an apartment 5+ years old, I want to understand how easy or difficult it is to liquidate it. I see nowadays even grade B builder apartments are asking upwards of 1.5cr for a 3bhk older than 5 years.
