Innovation and Process optimisation wing in TTD

I think its high time TTD have a innovation and strategy wing to advise board on process optimisation time to time. Like have few management grads or tech grads who can help in using technology and management techniques where needed… I agree may be board chairman and its members have good intentions and knowledge & experience about religion and rituals. But still it’s never bad to listen to new suggestions for process ease.
