Passengers traveling in local without valid ticket I have been traveling daily in AC local train from Ghatkopar to Parel on the Central Line. As the temperature is rising, I have noticed many passengers who have lined up for general local crashing and boarding the AC train. The local is extremely crowded, and it's very difficult to get space even to stand.
