How do people manage Intermittent Fasting with a corporate job? Struggling. I am a Data Scientist and prefer to work from office because of productivity reasons. I have to leave at 8am everyday though, given that I live a little far off. And of course I cannot leave without having anything, as I need energy to start my day. So I have a light breakfast.
