I started a small company last year and we've been making small revenues. Is it time to look for funding?

I started a brick and mortar business and in July last year. We've steadily increased customer count and right now we make around 30k a month consistently. I know the numbers are super small but this is with virtually zero money spent at marketing. The operating cost is fixed at 20k a month and CAN BE DECREASED CONSIDERABLY. Guys is this SCAM ?

So i visited Fatehpur Sikri in the first week of january with my family as a part of our tour plan. We had a guide. That guy explained clearly about everything except these two. The first one is he tied us with a photographer and said govt authorised photographer, charge will be 100 rupees per photo that too only if we like that alone will be printed as physical photo. We took some 15 photos totally and finalised some 4 photos. But that ngga printed all the 15 photos...
