    Visitation from Shakti..

I saw Shakti last night. She was Blue and stunningly Gorgeous. She said that she see's that I'm currently under demonic attack and that she will try to help me in my current fight. She told me that I need to get a certain book on her that should aid me in my quest. I'm just curious what are some things Shakti can do? I know she is a wife for Shiva.. I used to talk to him all the time but that was some time ago. I knew...

Renting and Buying- A Few Questions

I'm looking to rent a flat in the next couple of months. So I've been looking through the postings on websites. I have a few questions. I'd appreciate if experienced renters could advise me on this. 1) Most of the flats that I see online require 3 months' rent as deposit. Is this a standard practice? It seems too much to me. 2) What are the things one can do to ensure that the landlord returns the deposit fully at the end of the agreed period? 3) Is there...

Brainstorm Solutions: How to Prevent Buyers/Sellers from Regressing to Informal Credit? (Trade Finance Platform Case Study) "i will not promote"

A startup partnered with an NBFC to formalize informal trade credit between sellers and buyers. Initially, 8,000 sellers and 39,000 buyers engaged in peer-to-peer trust based credit: sellers extended informal credit on sales to buyers, creating trust but lacking structure. **The Intervention**: The startup introduced a platform where: * Sellers received **instant payment** for goods/services. * Buyers gained access to a **30-day interest-free credit period**. The model prioritized onboarding sellers first (due to the instant payment incentive), with buyers joining through seller **The Unintended Consequence**: Over time, buyers **preferred transacting with sellers who...

'CEO Cloning': Is Anyone Else Going to This Extreme? I will not promote

CEO cloning is where the CEO takes an employee they believe is a long-term rockstar, and essentially duct tapes them to their hip so the employee can learn to mimic how the CEO thinks. And then that employee 'clones' other employees. On My First Million Podcast, Mr. Beast discussed his concept of 'CEO cloning,' which he attributes to a lot of his success. Yes, in some ways, this is fairly normal and obvious. But I mean explicitly and very intentionally doing this regularly, like to the extent where the...

    Any Good SEO Communities?

Hello!I run a business website that functions as both a blog and a news platform, and I’m constantly working on improving it. As I refine my SEO skills daily, I’m looking for a good SEO community where I can freely connect with others, share insights, and learn from real experiences. This subreddit is excellent, but I’d love to find a space where people actively discuss their everyday SEO achievements, share new strategies, and dive deep into industry trends. I’m particularly interested in communities that help boost SEO knowledge to...

Recently hit my breaking point and going to try getting my Teaching Certificate

Something in me snapped recently. I was applying to jobs for a few months, while doing ebay. I feel like everyone and life is passing me by. I never have extra money to really enjoy my life. I live outside a major city and commute into it here and there, previously worked in it, but live outside by an hour because it's much cheaper and you get more space for your money. The opportunities are in the city though, for everything. That's where all the fun is too. I...

Delhi’s new CM dosen’t remove photos of Bhagat Singh and Ambedkar as claimed.

FACT: Claims are circulating asserting that after the BJP's election victory and formation of the new government in Delhi, photos of Bhagat Singh and Dr. Ambedkar were removed from the Chief Minister's chamber. However, these claims are not true. We found that their photos were not removed but repositioned in multiple offices and chambers. While images of the President,Mahatma Gandhi & the Prime Minister now appear in the background, Bhagat Singh & Dr. Ambedkar's photos remain on side walls. Images of other rooms in the CM office are available,...
