Scam at a signal? Yesterday while I was idle in a car at a traffic signal(Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli), I got a approached by a guy. He was young, around 20. He was gasping for breath. He murmured something like, "My vehicles clutch plate is broken....mom and friends not picking up....need urgent cash.... please help....any amount will do...give me your number..
