Is Mahavir’s spring low cost housing? Pokhran Rd 2 I bought a 2BHK in year 2021 tulip and recently found out that floor 1 to floor 18 has MHADA alloted flats in it. I paid 1.20 CR in 2021 and EMIs still ongoing possession likely early next year. I checked with their service reps and even though the land was clear they also did not know why 18 flats are being alloted to MHADA.
