Went for a 10k run today. First of this year! My Last 10k run was back on 30th November 2024, which was a first ever for me. I have been running 3-4 kms just to add some cardio in the routine since mine is a desk job. But recently Ive realised that such longer distances runs are therapeutic for me. For me it helps me to dig deep into my inner self, specially when all the pain and self doubts starts to creep in. Scam by calls I just got a call from someone saying they have a tie up with the company I got my two wheeler from (she didn't know what company I got it from it seems) she says only 15 families got this offer and we got a voucher to stay in some resort and we had to come and collect it. Need help with building assoc dispute Hi friends, So we’re In a dispute with our building association over payment of maintenance money for one time last year. We don’t live there all the time so my dad has forgotten to pay the amount before deadline a couple times but they issue a small fine and we pay that as well.
