Pretty good. Is consistent. Selects teams based on formats and doesn't mix them.

The only problem I had was the inconsistency with the fast bowlers. Mukesh, Akaash Deep, and even Unadkat (Bangladesh series) did well but never got continuity. Pace bowlers are not tried in a series and are dropped from the next.

That's the only issue I had. But more or less has been pretty consistent and sticks to what he believes is the right combination.

In schools i had hard time in studying hindi, and what is the point of learning something not useful and difficult.

What is the main idea of this policy: it is useful for the people who move other states, but only few move to other state for some central government jobs , but its useless for rest of us
