Second, this is just an idea, idk if it will work or not. Make a second account or use your friends account to get in touch with them, say that you want to place a huge order and want to see the shop, factory, or wherever they keep these footwears at. They might say that they will bring it to you, but just try being insistent on you visiting the location and wants to check the product and will give a big (reasonable) order right there. If he gives you the location, go and catch them.

You want to say Chandigarh doesn’t need new public transport system! I agree the size of city is limited but we don’t have ring roads around the city which can divert the traffic which is coming from kharar and going to panchkula same with derabassi and new Chandigarh vice versa.
Planning is important and needs of general public. Chandigarh do need a well connected public transport system which connects well and have faster.
