Don’t go for the swift. MS really ruined it by taking off a cylinder for the sake of mileage plus it really doesn’t feel solid built. It no longer has that punch and power as its predecessors. Look out for fronx or baleno. Much better imo.

Making a property has sentimental meaning as well other than investment only.


It provides you and your family future security as this asset is not going anywhere once you acquire it. The property can stay with your family for generations. People living on rent need a constant source of income and not being able to pay rent is many people's nightmare.



When you own a property that becomes your family's livelihood. On rent you are susceptible to someone else's will. Your landlord could one day wake up and think to not renew your lease, then what? Or they plan to jack up prices to a point you can't afford monthly, then what?



For most people, owning property is not about investment but more about permanent residence that will be there for their entire life.



There is also a huge stigma in our culture against being renters vs property owners. Those who have searched for marriage partners would know how big of a deal it is for the other party to own property rather than being renters.


For investing property is good or not is debatable.

15 days. No food and just around 100 ml water per day. Last month. 


I was having super heavy dosage of medicine after a major operation. Even a bread crumb made me vomit. Felt extreme nausea for 15 days straight. Used to vomit even while brushing teeth. Even a picture of food made me throw out.

Yamuna isn’t a stagnant water body. You can never clean it up as long as influx of untreated waste and sewage is let into it from locations upstream of the river. This can only be done if all the state govts and center start enacting and enforcing laws simultaneously to make discharge of waste into the river all across it’s length till it reaches Delhi, a punishable offence that attracts heavy penalties. This will be a starter. After the toxin influx is tapered down to a set minimum limit can only the actual cleaning start.

Till then keep believing in hogwash at your own risk.
