How do you see Brand Identity on your Startups? I will not promote
Brand is important. That is why I encourage everybody to pick a misspelled nonsense name nobody can pronounce and add “ai” or “io” at the end. -
Just out of curiosity what do NE people think about china now?
Ne masses are also equally brainwashed by western propaganda against China. Intolerant, bad country, dictorship they will just throw in random stereotypes.

Need Advice: 4-Hour Daily Commute is Making Me Anxious Before Joining
You could take an AC local to ghatkopar then metro to Marol which is again AC so that’s some relief. If not then trains from PF1 which starts from Thane. It’s not gonna be easy. I won’t ask you to suck it up. Travelling for work is a pain and waste of time and energy. But no options 🤷♂️ -

Union denies funds for TN
My 2 cents on this entire issue (this is based on my very limited understanding of Indian Constitution, functioning of the government machinery and politics)
>What is the issue?
Withholding of TN's share of money amounting to around 2400 crores of money by the Central Government under the Samagra Shiksha, an overarching scheme covering children's education upto class 12. The scheme is a Centrally Sponsored Scheme where Center contributes 60% and the remaining 40% is by the states. The claim by TN Government is the delay in disbursing the Center's share.
>Why is it an issue with TN only?
The Central Government launched an initiative called PM-SHRI Schools to implement the components of the National Education Policy (NEP), 2020. One controversial aspect is the 3 Language Policy, which TN is vehemently opposed to. So, the Center claims non-compliance to the terms by TN as a reason for withholding of funds.
>Who is right in this issue?
I'm neither a lawyer nor a constitutional expert. Education is a subject in the Concurrent List, which essentially means both the Center and the States can make laws on the subjects present in the list. However, a law made by the state cannot be in conflict made with that of the Center and if it happens, the union law prevails. In case the state wants to have an exception over a union law, it has to be passed by the state assembly and finally be signed by the President for it to get into force. An example for this would be the NEET exemption bill that was passed and is still pending with the President.
Coming back to this issue, legally, the Center is within its right to withhold the funds as TN has not agreed to the terms laid out in the policy. On paper, the state cannot demand that money as a right.
Ethically, morally and rationally, this is open to debate. Do we actually need a 3 Language policy, why is being forced, children being affected in the end unfortunately. TN either has to negotiate, compromise and come to a middle ground or fight it out in the court, which is a time and resource consuming process, whose outcome is uncertain.

How to learn more about Shova/Shaivism?
Hey, so there are tridev. Brahma, vishnu and mahesh (shiva). They three were widely worship in vedic times but according to one story, one day brahma and vishnu were arguing who was greater, right then shivji appeared in the form of a beam of light of linga. He told them that the one who would be able to find the end of the beam of light is greater. Brahma on a hamsa and vishnu in the form of varaha (or on garud i don’t remember clearly) travelled to see the end. Vishnu realised he coudnt find it and came back told mahadev he coudnt find it. But brahma was too proud and decided to lie to mahadev and vishnu that he had found the end of beam. He asked ketaki flowers to testify for him and they did. Shiva and vishnu being parameshwara knew brahma was lying. Shiva got angry and summoned his rudra avatar veerabhadra and chopped off the 5th head of brahma which lied and cursed him that he would never be worshiped ever again. Thats also why ketaki flowers arent used to worship shivji.
Theres also another story that brahma disregarded bhrigu maharshi when he came to visit brahma but brahma was too busy listening to maa Saraswati’s veena. Bhrigu maharashi was cursed to have arrogance and angry in his eye placed in his foot. So he cursed brahma that he would never be worshipped.

Got assaulted by Indian Karen
Top few traits Boomer ( millennials but acting Boomers)
- Drive scooty and give ulta indicator but still don't take a turn. Basically use indicator for fun
- Drive really fast and brake with both legs
- Get aggressive if you question their stupidity
- Judge good looking girls and guys. Calling them names
- Basically judge anyone who doesn't have their level of civic sense
To your point, she can't do a thing to Hyundai. Garve/Kothari are big names so she can cry foul.
You did right by not responding to her instigation. Just ignoring such low lives is the best way to love peacefully.
Ps. I bike a lot around pune from the last 14 odd years now. This trend of aunties doing road rage is not new. They also drive cars like big ones and they have no driving sense. One aunty almost rammed a school goer on cycle when I chased her and interrupted. She started saying ki Police bula dungi and all. The little child was on the road and literally fell down due to her over speed.
I wish for a solution for such stupid fat ass losers. -
Saturday Ride to Aravi, MH [OC]
So a couple of you asked for a review. I had a similar comment on the sub previously in another post, hence using some of the same info.
I purchased it in mid-September 2024 and have ridden 4,000 KMs+, which mainly comprises commuting within Mumbai and a few weekend rides within Maharashtra. Additionally, this is my first bike, and I have not ridden a lot of other bikes. I honestly went for a test ride with no intention of buying the bike, and I just ended up booking it because the bike just clicked with me during the test ride. I was looking for something simple, powerful, and comfortable, and this bike ticked all of my requirements.
One of the best features is its great low-end torque. It just zooms past with very little effort during overtakes. I have found it adapts really well to my riding style, i.e., it can comfortably go slow when I’m riding with a pillion, and it really enjoys going fast all the other times. It looks absolutely great, and I honestly have people who have followed me, stopped me, and asked me about it. It’s always fun to talk about it. The service center in Juhu, Classic Wheels, is amazing, and they have always taken good care of the bike. The build quality is really good. I have been rear-ended by a car once and by bikes a couple of times, and I could see no major impact on the bike. I have even dropped the bike once during an off-road section of a ride, and the bike did not see any major damage. The brakes are good as well.
It performs really well on the highway, and I feel confident taking corners. It touches 120 easily without a lot of effort, and you feel confident at those speeds. There are a little vibrations at higher RPMs, but that’s understandable.
I love taking it on the rural one-lane roads with less traffic. It feels like it’s in its true element there.
There are a few things that could be better, but they don’t bother me too much because the fun of riding the bike makes you forget about them (mostly). Some of the BSA Goldstars might need an ECU update. My bike kept stalling for the first 2-3 months, but that was fixed with a callback and an ECU update. It made a big difference in how the bike performed. The seat is bad; it’s really thin at the front, and I usually have a sore butt after 1.5 hours of riding. I’m thinking of changing my seat and getting it redone locally. I am also thinking of trying a different suspension preload setting; the current one is okay, but I want to see if there’s anything better. The fuel cap is a total pain; it’s hard to get it in right (twss) and is really clunky. The gear shifter also feels a bit hard and clunky when shifting through the first few gears, but it’s smooth during the higher gears. It’s something you get used to, and it doesn’t bother you a lot later. Official accessories are still not easily available; I am looking for a luggage rack and panniers, but the dealership still doesn’t have it. I’ve also had one puncture initially, but after that, I have ridden on rough surfaces and glass (obviously unintentionally) multiple times, and the tires seem to hold up well. I might get a tubeless conversion done if I get any additional punctures.
That being said, after knowing all these faults, would I buy the bike again? Definitely yes - it just makes me happy every time I ride it, and I am okay with the small flaws it has. -
