You need to register the marriage with registrar to get the marriage certificate. To register, you need to stay in the state for I guess 6 months and then need to go to registrar 2 times, 15 days apart for signatures.

I don’t really care if a person is getting wealthy off tax payer money, if they are getting the market pay for their work. Many people in the private sector are getting wealthy by being good at their job and paid what they are worth. If we refuse to pay people in the public sector competitive salaries then we shouldn’t complain when government work is not efficient. Do you want to under pay people? Or do you want to hire competent people?

In my experience most government jobs pay less than the equivalent jobs in the private sector. If salaries are higher than national averages it is only because these are mostly skilled jobs and the unskilled jobs have been contracted out.

Yes,from today only,don't know how long it will last,I am feeling burning sensation in throat,moderate cold, moderate fever,and khatarnak cough it not continous but when it comes it hurts very badly,never had this type of cough,this is different..throat pain is next level...
