Should I leave my job
Yes, quite your job and become an entrepreneur.
but you can also do this in parallel with a steady income provided by a salary.
Find a job which allows you to work from home. Set up your shop in hometown and continue doing both.
Also start helping your father expanding his workshop.
peace of mind looks better when you are sitting on a hefty bank balance.

To all the Indian men here, why do you find it hard to talk about how you feel and avoid things than facing it?
Cause no understands. There is this long time misconception that since we're men, our thoughts and problems are simple and that its easy to take care of. Anytime i talk about my problems, its either go sleep don't think about it or dont overthink or this is a part of life blah blah. No one says, its okay to feel this or its okay to go through this vagerah -

As a North Indian tired of seeing hate between us, Iâd like know from South Indians themselves whats wrong? And how to make it right?
Itâs a never ending conflict. 80% of north (especially the UP-Bihar Ganges belt and majority of MP - Rajasthan) are very ignorant about even basic stuff regarding southâs languages or culture.
On top of it they learn whatever stereotypes of south from Bollywood. Rajnikanth, Sambar, Lungi, jalebi language - this is the understanding theyâve. It doesnât matter whether youâre uneducated pani-puri wala or educated techie working in BLR.
We really canât solve this because the north continues to be illiterate, âfrogs in the wellâ mentality, think of India as Hindustan (and hence Hindi/Hindu supremacy) sorta outlook.
We are all tired of this but there is not much south can do and on top of this - BLR/Chennai folks have to keep hearing how they donât accommodate the lords arriving from north with Hindi speaking, Roti and Paneer everywhere.
We canât make it right. Become educated first - May be itâs a good start. -

If movies affect indian society, why is indian society still against Love / love marriage?
Lots of factors. Jati, varna, biradri and in urban areas, it's time and money as well. So you're now dealing with both ancient problems as well as modern problems. And arrange marriage provides somewhat of a solution for it. So as long as we don't have a case of an elderly man marrying a 13 year old, people are not going to push for radical changes. We finally put forced marriages to bed atleast in urban areas. Even the girl has multiple options to choose from, she's not being forced to marry baap ke dost ka ladka, an agreement that was made when the kids were born. And I think the movies do have a role in putting an end to such forced marriages. I even know girls that are still unmarried because they never made a choice in their youth and now the men want younger girls so this shows there is a choice here, it's not forced. Now when it comes to forced marriages, that's something society is split and more people are going against forced marriages. I think it will eventually die out. But arranged marriages are here to stay, even if it transforms into arranged dating then marriage at some point.
