Manipulations exist everywhere.. stock markets are manipulated by HNIs or shorting agencies (example Hindenburg).. also you are bound by market sentiments, it might be possible that at the time when you need money.. market is not performing and your money will be stuck or you'll end up making minimal profit (less than FDs).

Bitcoin is highly volatile and it is also not encouraged in our country.. there is a lot of scope of scamming people and rob off the money as the product is decentralized and backtracking scammers is not easy.
