I noticed this when I moved from Indiranagar to HSR about 4 years ago. The potatoes I get in HSR are incredibly sweet. They work well if you add enough spice and air fry them - otherwise absolutely dislike them.


I recently had some potato dish at my folks place near Indiranagar - tasted like the same unsweetened potatoes I used to get before.
