I was also looking into replacing the battery on my Pixel 4a recently. I got it replaced in Bangalore but I also inquired with some shops in Baroda. A shop named "Anil Mobile Repairing" agreed to replace the battery for around 3k and I also asked the price for screen replacement for a friend's 4a and he quoted around 9k(this keeps changing I think) for it. He said he can do it in one day. So yeah, no personal experience with "Anil Mobile Repairing" but this is what he said. Good luck.
