Please stop spreading this myth. Low DA tools DO NOT intrinsically do harm; this is a conflated myth based on spammy looking backlinks being at the lower end of the DA value/spectrum.

Backlinks do no harm unless Google thinks they are link spam. Spammy looking backlinks - i.e. unrecognized links do not fit the critera that = "Link Spam". Link Spam are paid (or otherwise exchanged for) links including guest posts. They expressly do not include links you dont recognize or "like the look of"

Please do not ask or encourage or incite people to disavow them. If you're sitting for weeks/months looking at them wondering if they do damage, acutal bad links do not act as negative "DA" - they result in a penalty that is noticeable.

You cannot change the system man. India'a budget allocation for health is some of the lowest in the world. Everyone in govt hospital works slave wages. The ward boys and helpers have to clean up shit, vomit, urine of 1000s of people. Did you know doctors and ward boys deal with minimum 10 very sick homeless people. They don't have relatives to even buy a diaper. So we spend our money. Nobody is going to become bankrupt from 300 rupees. If you want things to change fight for more funds for govt hospitals. Stop harassing the staff.

It is certainly possible. You got rid of about 25% of your known links.

I recommend never disavowing links based on what any third party tool tells you. Only do it when there is a clearly identifiable problem and only after manually inspecting the links.

Matt Cutts once said that in most cases the Disavow Tool should be used like a scalpel versus an axe. In other words, you shouldn't go just hacking away and big chunks of links.
