My recommendation would be for you to take a break of 2 week, stay a little in each of the places and figure out.

Humans are same everywhere. So you need to decide what suits you. So, better you finalize the location of stay. You would have different experiences in different locations even within the same state. Make some local friends and learn. Also, as mentioned, be respectful and people here would take good care of you. Our self respects are very precious and dont like anyone disrespectful. Else, everyone is a friend.

Conventional is cheap, but you pay the price with time. Cadet is financially expensive, but you make up for it by time. If this makes sense.

Either way, it all depends on your performance and airline vacancy. LOI is letter of intent, it does not guarantee a job.

What I've been hearing from my instructors is that going conventional is a better financial decision.
If you do your training and study properly (which you should do regardless as it's going to make your life easier) you're not gonna have trouble finding a job even going conventional.
I've seen people get hired straight after getting their CPL and many who're sitting with their licenses for years.
All depends on your learning capability in the end.
