It's a very common scam. Just google Tinder Scams and there are multiple Reddit post search results about the same modus operandi.

I would strongly recommend against using an engine flush every time or every alternate oil change
1. It is very hard on seals and gaskets
2. Stripping oil every time won't help much
3. You need some amount of carbon deposits as your engine ages as it helps some parts seal properly
4. Engine oils have gotten really good and have very good detergents added to them so it will do a good job of cleaning , change the oil at proper intervals and you're more than good

For the other products , you don't have to use it for every oil change , maybe once every 3 times or so will be fine . Also don't forget to take care and replace parts like
1. Spark plug , bad plugs will cause more carbon deposits
2. Air filter , bad filters choke the engine a lot

You can consider adding liqui moly MOS2 shooter , I've heard many people say it improves smoothness considerably , so give it a shot
