I hate to say this, but Govt should actually stop wasting time in making EV a thing for another 10 yrs without building enough grids to power it. Our country can be a massive consumer of everything. Power cuts still happens pretty much in most cities. Asking everyone to move to EV will not help the cause if people are worried about access to charging sources.

Govt should just enforce for battery replacement designs in India. Its quicker to change than charge.
