You need broader keywords. If you are ranking well for a term and no one is clicking, it means no one is searching for that term (or your title and meta suck, but in this case, it is probably because people are not searching for that). Think about your ideal clients, what time of problems do they face? Specifically problems that your service fixes. Create really great content about those problems. It is top of funnel content that will widen the amount of terms you can rank for and bring in relevant traffic. Not everyone will hire you, but if you get them on the site, then you can work on CRO, lead magnets, retargeting, etc…
