    Serial entrepreneur with multiple exits.

    - use of funds. Spend money to make money. Usually there is a thesis on a return on investment and how the investment should be spent. It’s not just free spending.
    - us centric because, having invested in/ran/worked for European startups, on average (key phrase) US-based startups crush their counterparts in Europe. This excludes those out of London. Just a nature of work culture, dry powder, investment horizons, etc. I’ve very rarely seen a European startup outperform a US-based competitor. Obviously it happens.
    - talent is more plentiful. Sure you can hire cheaper in many ways but having the ability to hire those that have “done it successfully” helps. More of those folks exist in the US vs Europe today. Again, averages here.


    Hope this doesn’t offend anyone. My best employees have also been European and my favorite COO was. Just sharing a few decades of experience.
