    Guess any good restaurant would be fine. Avoid pubs obviously. Just call ahead and ask about the closing time. Usually they shut by 11 but could be open till midnight for New Year's. If you can then Ocean Pearl,Goldfinch or AJ Grand have good restaurants. Could also try Sai Palace or Palkkhi.
