Till late 2010s, Life was okay ..it was a good place to thrive.

But the 2000 to 2010 period made the real estate boom so much, that everyone got greedy ( politicians, BMC and the builders).

The result is that now home affordability is at an all time low, rents are soaring high each year and basic infra like roads and public transport has degraded.

On top of it, the population does not seem to stop growing.

But Life has to move on...so net net, people still slog, come from far off suburbs like Badlapur to South Mumbai for jobs which barely pay their emis...living a totally empty existence beyond commuting and work.

Same is the case for any metro city in India.

We all have become corporate slaves, who exist for the purpose of increasing corporate profits and govt taxes.

Real esteemed class in India are the top 0.001% who hold positions of power or are big industrialists who can escape this nightmare by living in Malabar Hill or SoBo and don't have to travel in public transport.

Currently avalanche at good valuations
Aditya Birla AMC is also good so you can look into that too

I agree. Advs are usually heavy (from factory + luggage) so its hard to be squid on them. And adv riders travel lots and lots of distance so they have to be aware and careful all the time. Also, they aren't fast so you can't speed much and they are quite expensive comparitively.

At least avinash knows how to use a toilet.
