Yes, I've stopped using Amazon altogether for almost a year now. One day delivery seems like a scam where they charge more, but never deliver on the scheduled day. Every time the delivery agent rings my phone for a second, marks it as delivery failed, and postpones it to the next day. When I try calling their number, they never answer, and the next day they show up to my house unannounced at 11-12 at night.

Tried complaining once about the same to Amazon, and since then, I never got a single package delivered to my house, as agents marked my orders as rejected by the customer even without trying to attempt to deliver. Looks like I was blacklisted by the delivery hub in my area. The best part is that this delivery hub is barely 10 minutes of walking distance from my house, and I once tried to personally take the delivery from there after it was delayed for days by them, and they refused to hand it over, telling me that it was against their policy, and told me we will deliver it to your house, but they again cancelled it.
