Buddy .. my grandmother had this OCD kind of thing too.. Even at the age of 98 she'd pick some or other work to do mindlessly.
I can give you some strategies which may help you as well.
1. Please have some house help if possible. Or share some tasks amongst yourselves.. one task a day will do..
2. Give her some game to spend time on.. mobile game.. Candy crush was my dadi's favourite
3. Give her something to supervise.. we used to ask her to supervise us studying.. You can give her newspaper/magazine while she supervises
4. If she is religious to unko shanti se baith k sundarkand ka paath padh k khatam karne ko bol do.. meri dadi bas yahi kaam k liye aram se baithti thi (unke liye audiobook laga dete the)
5. koi serial lekar dekhne bithao unko please.. meri overworking mummy ka maine Panchayat shuru kiya hai...
