Well sounds like you are in almost same whole as I was , I didn’t loose anyone else’s money but I lost everything I had which was more than you lost. Well at that point I knew that I can’t go tits up anymore it was either the bullet or I try and make it back and work on what I did wrong. If you’re still trying to trade I would suggest go with prop firms since account costs around 200$ and you can’t loose more than that. Otherwise back to slavery and you will have to live with that realising you will never afford a normal life. There’s nothing more to lose so just try to pick yourself up again even if it takes time.

Just wanted to add take a week or two break before you try again that time will do wonders on your mental state and you will come back with fresh head. Do something you enjoy.
