All of these canceled contracts were already in progress. Meaning some amount of money has already been spent. So when they say "oh well we canceled a 100k contract" that doesn't mean that they're *saving* 100k.

EX: if it's a quarter way through, they've only "saved" the taxpayer 75k, not the full 100.

Just another way they're misrepresenting the amounts lol

You're seeing lots of men answer in comments. But lemme tell what I've seen as a girl... most men dont care. They're getting a girl. To them, even that is huge. No woman would ever go out with them bcoz of horrible personalities of Indian men in general(mostly bcoz men and women aren't allowed to intermingle or be friends with each other as children). They've already accepted long back that they aint ever getting a girl on their own unless they change(Indian ppl dont understand the concept of bettering themselves).
