see when I was a child, 7-8 hours was okay.

Then in middle school, it became 6 hours.

In high school (11-12) kept switching between 4-5 hours (just at night)

Now I can't function properly without 10 hours of sleep (sometimes need 1/2 hour naps in afternoon also)
