    I think outreach is a massive turnoff - FTR - I've worked with US companies my whole life - from startups to enterprise.

    US-based, have worked all sides of the SEO/PPC/Inbound fence - overseas, FTE, Contractor, Advisor (incl Board). In other words I advise companies on how to manage SEO/PPC vendors, create strategies, test/measure, evaluate. We are at a far higher income level - your MM is the Average Monthly Lead Value for a NY-based Agency - so if they have 50 clients = $500k MMR. That means they have advertising and PR budgets.....

    For me, its all 1:1 invites in an exclusive community who have IT block all inbound outreach - they get it from all sides : SaaS, SoMe, Ads, PR, MarTech - you name it.

    Firstly, you need completely tailor different messaging if you're aiming at a site owner vs a director of marketing at a mid-sized/large company.

    Secondly - you need to realize while your message is new - these folks have been worn down over the last 5-10 years of their job by outreach by other people
