Well certainly infrastructure does lack quality that must be taken but not the entire fault lies with the government. People are irresponsible with their waste , those waste especially plastic waste blocks the sewage leading to water logging and the waste is so huge that even better quality infrastructure couldn't keep up with it.

It's high time that we should change our cultural practices regarding waste management.
