It depends on how they’re prepared and what you pair them with, but generally:
• Bajre ki roti (millet flour) is pretty dense in nutrients and fiber. It’s great for digestion and keeps you full longer. Not super likely to cause weight gain unless you’re eating it in large quantities with lots of ghee or butter.
• Makki ki roti (cornmeal) is carb-heavy and less fiber-dense than bajra. Pair it with saag + loads of butter and yeah, it could add up quickly in terms of calories.
• Gahu ki roti (wheat flour) is probably the most processed of the three, and wheat has a higher glycemic index than bajra or makki. If you’re eating refined wheat flour (not whole wheat), it’s easier to overconsume, which could lead to weight gain.

It was pretty underwhelming for me overall, and the preachy moments weren't given time to sink in or have the heft they required because he had one scene with his kid before that. Quite dangerous to chop a monocoque car like this . The roof and rear c pillars are what keeps the structure rigid. This is an accident waiting to happen.
