In all the comments calling out Mumbai, don't worry Mumbai is the best city you will see, yes it's a challenging city & quite overwhelming too even us sometimes feels overwhelmed.

But great city, there's a certain hustle and rush culture and every street some idea is going on. You will get to experience the best facilities and resources also the convience. Lot of heritage & history just the vibe of main Mumbai is great.
And visit Navi mumbai too, a well planned but still developing extension of Mumbai.

But do has its own cons as it's a big city with lots of crowd and the city accomodates everyone from rich to poor. So rush, chawls, slums, dump yards all will be there too.

Like most things in life, it's all about risk and reward. As the reward slowly diminishes over time, less people are willing to take the risk.

I been there once, I guess it was 2010 or 2011 ish, after that I never been there till now. One of my big shot friend frequently goes there because he get heavy discount or may be he used to get special treatment there. Other than him there are so many people from my circle went there but never got any issue in service or food.

Just because of one unfortunate incident u are putting that Resturant name at stake. Atleast you must have asked for a refund or discount, threaten him with putting videos on social media.
