You’re asking how to turn off this notice. The real question is why are you receiving it in the first place.

There are two possible reasons:
1) Your traffic is being captured and redirected to somewhere other than your intended destination. This is why the error message says that this page may be impersonating the site you’re trying to reach.
2) You’re on a network that does traffic inspection and the certificate used by their solution has expired.
3) They’re having some issue with the certificate on their website. In which case, you can probably bypass this error message but you really can’t get rid of it as this is a big security problem on their end.

To tell which scenario it is, trying going to this website from a smart phone connected to the internet on cellular (no WiFi). If you’re able to reach the website without issue then you can rule out scenario 3.

Next try connecting your computer to a different network. If you’re able to reach the website without issue then the problem is probably on the WiFi network you were using (scenario 2)

If you still saw the same behavior while connected to a different network (e.g. this error message) and you confirmed that another device (like an iPhone using cellular connection only) is unaffected, then their problem is most likely on your computer. In this case, you’ve got a big problem. I would start by installing Malware Bytes to see if your computer is infected and go from there
