My advice would be to first build a really quick and shitty non-scalable MVP by yourself and test the market. This should take 1-3 months max. If you get enough traction with that, then you can try to bring others in to build the "real deal". Otherwise, it's going to be way harder to find people willing to do it and you'll have to pretty much split the whole company equally.

They targeted the wrong group, yes there are a group of people with superbikes that go and race in the expressway but the police didn't catch them, instead they caught another group that was just going for a breakfast ride to jewar and didn't break any law, the police had no evidence against these guys whatsoever. Since these guys were wearing safety gears, the police just assumed they are racers, which is a very stupid way to look at things. They acted just to show that they're doing some work, they don't really care about solving the actual problem itself.

They ARE helpful, and I would definitely implement them. But it's not necessarily an SEO-related issue.

I always have recommended that you get your domain on the HSTS Preload List (hstspreload.org), and that requires that your domain is set up properly with the HSTS headers and the proper redirects.

HSTS Preload is a combined effort between the major web browsers to only load the domains on the list on https only. So, if you get on the list then your domain will ONLY load via HTTPs and if someone tries to go to the http version then the browser will automatically load the https.
