Originally you had 220 seats but Matt Gaetz resigned so we are down to 219 until the seat is filled by a special election on April Fool's Day. Also, two republican house members have been picked for the new administration, those two House seats need to be filled keeping the House from having a majority until they are filled months down the road. You need 218 for Johnson to be elected. The problem is a lot of House representatives get sick or hospitalized, funerals, vacations, accidents, and many other life problems happen affecting attendance. It will be a s\*\*t show with the GOP only passing legislation with the help of Democrats and the Freedom Caucus. None of Trump's agenda will be passed or paid for and every day it will make me smile that the Cheeto will be hamstrung for the next two years.
