I dont know much about this organisation but if "asking for dowry" is illegal, asking for man's salary, networth or expecting him ti take financial responsibility of his wife must be illegal too.

Harassment for anything including dowry, alimony etc. must be illegal anyway.

Women and men both are burden as children and then they grow to contribute to the society, it has nothing to do with gender, if you cannot afford the "burden" avoid breeding like dogs.

Unfortunately most organisations including NCW only want disproportionate rights for their owm gender, they dont want equality.

Again asking for dowry should not be a crime, harassing someone for dowry must be a crime. If asking for dowry is a crime then asking for man's income, job or networth before marriage or expecting man to take financial responsibility of his wife must be a crime too.
