If i ever am put in such a situation, i wouldn't have talked to him. Everyone knows the system/administration is broken. You clearly should have dislocated his shoulder and bloodied his face instead of crying here like a little bitch. You had him in your face & you "talked" to the person who almost killed your mother! Now instead of asking for a free help here, you have the guy's number, name and face. Hire a private investigator and track him. Find his pattern, keep an eye for CCTVs on his route and then you strike. Keep your phone off or at home before leaving.
