I will never pay to any unknown merchant with upi. I will only pay with credit card. I don’t think anyone will use whatsapp for payments. Their UPI is already there. I’ve never once in my life met a person who gave me a whatsapp UPI ID to transfer money to him/ her. It has no USP. It has no advanced UPI features. It keeps getting in the way of chat. It tries to be something it is not. There is no cashback or reward system to compensate for the shitty way it works. So no, not for me.

As someone who has worked on this, can I know how you are collecting your survey. Is it MJonline or offline?

While interacting with people to fill out surveys I did come across a few things.

1. People are very skeptical because on daily basis they are being bombared with advertisements and offers that they aren't interested in sign up for an even if personal information is not collected

2. Compensation - especially in the age group of <35, they do expect something like a coupon etc for filling it out.

3. Messaging - Basically sending the survey link with a small summary and requesting them to forward it to others especially groups they are part of will work.
