It's a very nice video people are saying why this is video shot, reason good to see Mr and Mrs Jain getting along and putting a strong face. I was thinking a lot about how these both parents must be coping and good to see they are getting there. All wishes and blessings with them. Life doesn't stop and it won't stop ever. Being brave is the only choice at times with people. Stop judging them.

Are businesses becoming complacent? Yes, very much so.

It's been the trend for a while, it's gotten to a point that i avoid a few places and chose to go to the one that has good service.

Recently we had an incident, me and my friend visited a service centre and the customer care was amazing, they didn't go above and beyond, they just treated us like humans and a customer. Speaking politely and making sure we're comfortable. When we left we were talking about how our expectations have gotten so bad that basic customer service seems like a luxury now.

- First, what have emissions have got to do in this scenario? Even if it was, Bs6 was implemented only 5 years ago. Heavy Commercial vehicles last 10-12 years or more with 15-20 lakh kms atleast. They will be eventually phased out.


- Second, coming to the situation in the video, the lorry driver is not at all at fault here. Infact he did well to mitigate the damage in the situation. The persons at fault here are the dumbass recovery crane people, who are planted in the middle of the road, that too after a blind curve, without any notice whatsoever. They should have been placing orange cones from atleast half km out to warn and slow down traffic. The lorry wasn't even over speeding, it just takes lot of stopping distance for something so large to come to a stop with all that momentum even with adequate brakes. Also no way to tell the age of the lorry.

I wish those recovery crane people get the punishment they deserve. They were lucky this time that the driver diverted in time. Next time might not be so lucky.
