One of the most barbaric acts a nation can perform is expect those who need medical help to cough up the dough themselves with no *reasonable* way to insure against these upcoming costs. what you experience in Firefox is what I experience with every App I have opened in Full screen. You can disable this in the system settings. The menu bar will be shown all the time then instead of dropping down when the curser comes close
