    Yeah I've been noticing recently that even if I haven't commented at all, or haven't commented in a long time, when I try to comment it'll fail and give me the maximum time setting and only allow a comment after I've let that pass.

    So for example I'll try to comment, it'll say wait 15 seconds so I do, then I comment. Then 5 minutes later I try to comment and it says wait 15 seconds.

    Very annoying.

    Never happened to me. I feel like having them right next to each other makes people mad because they press the wrong one but then if they fix it people get mad because they’re too far away.
