Managing emotions while trading is my biggest struggle. Regret is one such emotion which will always be there irrespective of your action.

One thought process that has helped me over come regret is as follows.

Lets say If I sell stock and made profit of 1 lakhs and it goes even higher and my proft would have been 2 lakh If I had not sold. Then I will regret my decision. But this regret is far better than not selling in time and ending up in negative 1 lakh . In either way you will have regret. But regreting with profit much better than crying in loss.
