The biggest problem is that our municipal corporation has been running without elected public representatives for almost 4 years now

All the decisions that are being taken are being taken by the officials and IAS officers in BMC, none of whom are actually responsible to the public. While our corporators are also corrupt, at least the public has the right to ask them questions and corner them.

India’s richest municipal corporation has been running without any accountability for the past 4 years and our politicians and officers are enjoying every bit of it.
