Work culture is kinda fine in zoho,there are tons of perks but EOD base pay is very vey vey less, the max the offered for my college is only 8.2 LPA which is pennies in this economy and not a compensation standard for PBCs at all

And from what I have heard from my friends, the tech stack is pretty old, they are also not really keeping up with the AI competition

With all said, Zoho does have some good name in the market, so when you do exit, you can expect calls from good companies but again you may lack the actual skills since you'll be working in older Tech
